CFT, MU, LATE Night fun

WOD


1A) Crossfit Total
       Back Squat 1RM - 370#
       Shoulder Press 1RM - 170#
       Deadlift 1RM - 425#

ALL HUGE PR'S!!!!!

2A) EMOM 15 Minutes.
       3 Muscle ups with 15# vest
       My vest failed on the 13th minute so I went to crossfit tracy and used there vest and did 4 muscle ups every minute for 2 minutes with 20# vest

3A) EMOM 20 Minutes.
       Even minutes - 5 Bench presses with 185#
       Odd minutes - 20,40,60 meter shuttle runs
TOUGH AS HECK.
Failed on the last set of bench presses got 3 and had to let the weight fall. But I did this at 9pm. so I am pleased getting almost 50 bench presses with 185#. 47 reps haha.
