Pull

WOD


1A) In 20 minutes establish a 1RM 3 position snatch
       I got 150#, 10# PR. Tried for 155# and missed the high hang

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       12 Meter handstand walk
       10 C2B pull ups
       Shake it out
       5 C2B pull ups
Rest 90 seconds between sets .

Going camping today and tomorrow might go on a trail run and swim in the lake. Pretty happy with 1A that's a 10# PR on the 3 position snatch. I am going to be doing 2A just the pull up part twice a week adding 1 rep every week so hopefully I hit 15 and 10 for 5 sets in a couple weeks. let's see how this goes.
