1A) In 20 minutes establish a 1RM snatch
I got 200#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So FREAKING happy
HUGE goal of mine and I accomplished it.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
15 Wall balls - 25#
12 Second L-sit
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
Wall balls aren't hard anymore. I remember how much I use to hate them but now..... No biggie OH and we throw to a 10 1/2 foot target not a 10ft.
3A) 5 Rounds.
600 Meter runs with 10# vest.
Rest 2 Minutes between runs
1st - 2:17
2nd - 2:15
3rd - 2:16
4th - 2:20
5th - 2:21
This HURT. I haven't ran this long in MONTHS but I felt like I didn't loose any strength in this department especially with a vest on changed the game.
3B) 7 Rounds for work not for time.
1 Minute to do.
10 Toes 2 Bar
Remainder of minute push a 205# "sled" on low bars (I used a milk carton because that's all we have)
When next minute hits do 10 toes 2 bar. continue for 7 minutes total.
This was ridiculous, so freaking tough to push that milk carton. Hopefully when I get to a sled it will be sooo much easier. Toes 2 bar weren't an issue.
