1A) Push Press
3 x 5 - 76%
1B) Snatch Pulls
5 x 3 - 96%
Push presses were good, Snatch pulls were great I hit the bar hard and had good position on each one.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
20 DB sidebends - 50#
20 Second extended ring plank hold.
Rest 30 Seconds between rounds.
The ring holds started to get a little tough twords the end.
3A) AMRAP 12 Minutes.
7 Weighted ring dips - 30#
14 Weighted walking lunges - 50# DB in each hand
18 Weighted back ext. - 25#
I got 5 Rounds + 7 WRD + 14 WWL + 3 WBE
OHH my lower back was on FIRE there was seriously no rest on my midline the whole time through this wod.
3B) Not for time just go hard.

This was fun, I felt dizzy coming out of the pool onto the run. Since I do not have a rower at my house I guess swimming is a good sub for it. It fatigues your whole freaking body.
