Bench, BS, RDL'S, UNBROKEN

WOD


1A) Close Grip Bench
       1 x 5 - 75%
       1 x 3 - 85%
       ME - 95%

1B) Back Squat
       5 x 3 - 81%

1C) DB Tricep Ext.
       3 x 12 - 25#

I got 12 Reps with 175# for the last set, felt good. The back squat I felt strong and quick descents. The DB ext. I feel are helping tons.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       5 RDL'S - 185#
       10 C2B Pull Ups with 15# Vest
       Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.

Man this was tough to get through, my grip was getting fatigued.

3A) 5 Rounds each round for time.
       12 Unbroken Wall Balls - 25#
       8 Unbroken Toes 2 Bar
       4 Unbroken Power Cleans - 185#
       Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.

1st Round: 1:02
2nd Round: 1:06
3rd Round: 1:16
4th Round: 1:20
5th Round: 1:37

This was a great WOD I broke once on the last round because I got sweat in my eye on the 2nd wall ball, the toes 2 bar were easy I was trying to keep my legs straight the whole time. Power cleans felt good throughout. That 1 Minute of rest goes by fast.
