Shoulders fried

WOD


1A) Power Snatch + Snatch
       70% x 5 Sets

1B) Snatch Balance
       4 x 3 - 75%

1C) Front Squat
       5 x 3 - 79%

I felt I little tired today maybe because I didn't get the usual 6 cups of coffee throughout the day like I usually get. I only had 2 cups today. But I got through this okay.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       10 Hollow Rocks With 10# DB in each hand
       10 Powell Raises Each Arm - 20#
       No rest between rounds just go through nice and steady.

Holy crap first time doing powell raises and these blew up my shoulders!! I need to start doing these much more.

Rest 3 Minutes then start

3A) 5 Rounds for time.
       5 Front Squats - 225#
       15 Hand Release Push Ups

My time: 6:15

My shoulders were burning the whole freaking time. Holding the front squat position was torture but glad I got through it with my time.
