Snatches, Pushing, Partner woddddder

WOD


1A) With a partner in 12 minutes establish a heavy snatch
        I got up to 170#

1B) Snatch Push Press
       4 x 3 HEAVY - 200#

1C) Snatch Pulls
       4 x 3 - 205#

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       24 Meter OH carry - 50# DB in each hand
       12 Second L-Sit on floor
       Rest 30 Seconds between rounds.

3A) AMRAP 15 Minutes.
       With a partner.
       50 Meter band sprint.
       4 Power snatches - 135#
       Must get through both partners to complete one round.
       We got through 6 Rounds.
