1C) Snatch Pulls
4 x 3 - 205#
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
24 Meter OH carry - 50# DB in each hand
12 Second L-Sit on floor
Rest 30 Seconds between rounds.
3A) AMRAP 15 Minutes.
With a partner.
50 Meter band sprint.
4 Power snatches - 135#
Must get through both partners to complete one round.
We got through 6 Rounds.
