1A) In 10 minutes establish a heavy, not a max, power clean and push jerk
I got 225#
Extremely happy with this, 225# was my previous 1rm power clean and it felt not even close to a 1rm. Also that's the most I have ever push jerked.
2A) 4 Sets.
12 Meter farmers walk - 115# barbells
Rest as needed between sets.
First time doing these and they were tough, I had know collars on so I went as fast as I could so the weight wouldn't fall off. But I had to stop a couple time to readjust.
3A) EMOM 7 Minutes.
3 Power clean and push jerks - 85% of the established heavy 1
Started to get difficult by the 4th minute. I had to use 190# but happy I got through it.
3B) EMOM 20 Minutes.
With a 15# vest.
Even minutes - 3 muscle ups
Odd minutes - 20 meter sled pull (105#)
A good steady pace, my legs started to burn and the last minute I did 5 muscle ups and 40 meters just because. Now time to rest because I feel wrecked.
