Felt strong throughout, clean pulls were good.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
10 Strict toes 2 Bar
10 Box jumps - belly button height
Rest 45 Seconds between rounds.
This was like a metcon in itself I was breathing pretty heavy.
3A) EMOM 20 Minutes.
With 15# Vest
Even Minutes - 10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
Odd Minutes - 10 Meter Double Plate Push Into 40 Meter Sprint
Dear lord this was extremely mental to get through, by the 14th minute I wanted to quit but I told myself no and to keep moving.
