Back squat 3rm and more and more...

WOD


1A) Back Squat 3RM
       345#!!!

1B) Clean and Jerk
       7 x 2 - 75%

1C) Muscle Snatch
       7 x 2 - 75%

So we started testing today in body conditioning and I am extremely happy with how I did, all of that squatting paid off big. The other movements were good.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       8 Deficit HSPU - 3"
       10 Evil Wheels
       Rest 45 Seconds between rounds.

My shoulders and tri's were burning bad through this.

3A) 5 Rounds for time.
       3 Power Snatches - 135#
       6 OH Squats - 135#
       30 Double Unders

My time: 6:00

I felt tired, I need to rest... Bench 3RM on Monday..
