PR on bench, snatches, awkward wod

WOD


1A) 15 Minutes to establish a 1RM bench press.
       260#!!!!!

1B) 7 Sets of 3 position snatch Start at 65% and add 5# every minute.
115#, 120#, 125#, 130#, 135#, 140# Missed on high hang, 140# Got it

So pumped about this, huge pr on my bench by I don't even know how much and I got through the 7 sets better than last time.
     

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       10 Hollow Rocks - 10# DB in each hand
       20 DB Side Bends - 50#
       No rest just move consistently

Good core breaker.

3A) Complete
       6 One arm power snatches - 100# (3 each arm)
       6 Ring HSPU
       6 One arm power snatches
       6 Ring HSPU
My time: 2:30

Rest 1 Minute

       6 One arm power snatches
       6 Ring HSPU
       4 One arm power snatches ( 2 each arm)
       6 Ring HSPU
My time: 2:40

Rest 1 Minute

        2 One arm power snatches (1 each arm)
        6 Ring HSPU
        2 One arm power snatches
        6 Ring HSPU
My time: 1:30

3B) EMOM 10 Minutes.
       With 15# vest.
       Even Minutes - 12 C2B Pull ups
       Odd MInutes - 8 two for one wall balls

Really awkward, the power snatches got tough quick maybe a DB would be easier....... Because I used a freaking barbell. I did way better than expected on the ring HSPU.
I almost ripped my right palm on the second metcon. I have a big blood blister.... great.
