Light volume day.

WOD


1A) Clean and Jerk
       5 x 2 - 85%
       Rest 80 Seconds between sets.

1B) Back Squat
       1 x 8 - 60%
       1 x 8 - 65%
       1 x 5 - 80%
       1 x 5 - 85%
      All % are off of 3RM

Felt strong, 1A felt more like a metcon than anything.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       8 High Box Jumps - 36"
       5 Weighted Pull ups - 60#
      Short rests between sets.

Pretty happy with how this went I am getting stronger with both these movements.

3A) None.

Didn't have time, and also felt like not hitting a metcon today and tomorrow will probably hit 2 if I am up to it.
