1A) 3 Position Power Clean
7 Sets - Start at 70% and add 5# every minute
Felt solid on this, my last set was 200# and it wasn't a real fight. GETTING STRONGER.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
13 Wall Balls - 25#
10 Strict Toes 2 Bar
Rest 90 Seconds between rounds.
So much improvement on wall balls, the strict toes to bar were a burn.
3A) EMOM 10 Minutes.
5 Double KB Cleans - 70#
First time doing double kb cleans and man this was good, got pumped fast.
3B) 5 Rounds each for time.
4 Front Squats - 80% of 1RM (230#)
7 Burpeez
10 Box Jumps - 30"

1st Round - :47
2nd Round - :44
3rd Round - :49
4th Round - :58
5th Round - :58
Total pain threshold, I felt solid all the way through, the last round was a good mental push.
