Jerk PR!

WOD


1A) 2 Position Clean (Floor, Mid Thigh)
       75% x 5 sets

1B) Muscle Snatch
       3 x 3 - 75%

1C) Jerk
       Heavy Single
       90% of HS x 1
       80% of HS x 1 x 3

I felt good today so I decided just to do my strength and nothing else.
I got 255# for the HS!!! That's a 15# PR! So freaking happy making progress every day.
The other strength parts were easy.
