Tired

WOD

1A) Snatch pull + Snatch - 70% x 2 x 2, 75% x 2 x 2
       Jerk - 70%,75%,80%,85% all x 2

Today everything felt heavy maybe because I am just tired from moving for 3 days or yesterday just destroyed me. Either way I need to rest and eat more.

2A) 5 Rounds not timed.
       10 Hanging leg raises on rings
       15 Meter OH carry with 30# DB in each hand
       Rest 30 seconds between each round.

Both dumbells in each hand locked out overhead kills your core and thorastic mobility, I need to do these more becase to keep full locked out extension is tough.

3A) None

Felt tired and no drive, I might be over trained or just need to let my body rest. Tomorrow I will see how I feel. Right now pretty sore.
