I apologize for no posts the past week, I have been moving and to a much bigger and better house. The garage is sick and we are going to set it up legitly.
WOD
1A) Deadlift 3 x 5 - 360#
Really happy with this, the last set of 5 were tough I hope whenever I go for a 1RM I will hit my goal of 400#.
2B) Wide palms out ring dips - 5 x 5
These felt way easier then the last time I did it, just maybe getting stronger.
3A) AMRAP 9 Minutes.
5 Burpeez with 40# DB in each hand
10 UNBROKEN wall balls - 25# (hitting a 10 1/2 ft. target)
10, 15 meter shuttle runs
I got 4 Rounds + the burpeez + the wall balls + 5 shuttles. This wod HURT but it felt good to move again after resting 2 days. I felt good under the wall balls unlike like usual. The shuttle runs just gassed me fast.
