WOD
1A) Clean pull + clean from knees 70% x 2 x 1, 75% x 2 x 1
Felt strong and fast today under the bar, using my hips in the bang helps out extremely.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
16 GHD sit ups
8 Deficit HSPU - 3"
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
GHD's were easy just kept a steady throughout pace, the hspu got tough twords the end as I had to break by the third round on 7 but that was because I fell off. But getting way stronger on these from the gymnastics stuff.
3A) 3 Rounds each round is for time.
8 Power cleans - 165# (10# over BW)
10 Box jumps - 30"
12 Chest slapping push ups
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
Straight after the third round no rest into 2 minutes max alternating pistols.
Round 1 - :54
Round 2 - :54
Round 3 - 1:01
Pistols - 44
Got all power cleans unbroken each round which was my goal so I was happy with that, going from power cleans to box jumps is a sucky combo but great, the chest slapping push ups were fast. The pistols were an idea I thought of in the middle of the wod to make it more "fun".
