Snatch PR

WOD


1A) Hang Snatch
       5 x 2 - 60%

1B) Power Clean
       5 x 3 - 70%

1C) Snatch Heavy Single
   
I wasn't even suppose to do 1C but after watching a bunch of Cal Strength videos I wanted to go really heavy and try to PR on my snatch. I did!! 185#!!! So happy with this.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       12 Wall ball shots - 25# (to 10 1/2 ft. target)
       12 Second L-sit on floor
       Rest 45 seconds between rounds.

Wall balls felt solid and the L sits hurt.

3A) Complete the following.
       800 Meter run (5, 160 meter stop and go) Time - 2:59
       Rest 2-3 Minutes
       640 Meter run (4, 160 meter stop and go) Time - 2:39
       Rest 2-3 Minutes
       480 Meter run (3, 160 meter stop and go) Time - 1: Someting
       Rest 2-3 Minutes
       320 Meter run (2, 160 meter stop and go) Time - 1: Something
       Rest 1-2 Minutes
       160 Meter run - :28
     
This was fun doing the runs with my dad. I haven't ran this long in a while so it was good to get that work in.
