1A) Back Squat
1 x 10 - 60%
1 x 8 - 70%
1 x 8 - 75%

Front Squat
1 x 5 - 60%
1 x 5 - 65%
2 x 5 - 70%
My upper right thigh started to hurt in the middle of the squats but I pushed through and finished it. Glad I have two days of rest.
2A) Ring planche push ups - 5 x 7
2B) 5 Rounds.
Extended Ring plank hold 30 seconds.
Rest 30 seconds.
The push ups fatigued my shoulders and tri's, the extended ring plank holds started to suck my lower back was screaming!
3A) 3 Rounds for time.
10 Bench presses - 185#
15 Box jumps - 30"
My time: 6:30
Straight after the 3rd round no rest into.
2 Minutes max wall climbs
I got 6 wall climbs
I got through the first 2 rounds fine, all the box jumps were unbroken except for one slight slip up but by the 3rd round I failed the 5th rep into the bench and decided to switch the weight to 165# for the last 5.
3B) AMRAP 12 Minutes.
8 Weighted pull ups - 30#
16 GHD sit ups
I got 6 rounds + 8 WPU + 10 GHD's
Straight after 30 burpeez for time.
I got 1:03
HOLY HIGH VOLUME DAY! I feel good about this one as I thought of doing the 30 burpeez in the middle of the wod. I felt strong on the pull ups and the GHD's started to burn my thighs. The burpeez didn't hurt as much as usual. Just getting better day by day.
