I said I was not going to train today....

WOD


1A) Power Snatch
       5 x 3 - 70%

1B) Clean
       5 x 3 - 70%

1C) Clean Pull
       5 x 4 - 85%

Working with metal plates sucks, but it makes me stronger when I get to those nice bumpers.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       10 Evil wheels
       10 KB swings - 86#
       Rest 45 seconds between rounds.

3A) AMRAP 9 Minutes.
       3 Hang muscle cleans - 160#
       6 Ring HSPU
       9 Triple unders
I got 5 Rounds + 3 HMC

The triple unders gassed me FAST. I just wanted to do something different than the usual "crossfit" wod. I was going to do another wod today but decided to save it for the rest of the week.
