So I felt pretty beat up today.... suprisingly.. But still pushed my self to do something (more like 3 things) tomorrow I am resting no doubt.
WOD
1A) Back Squat
1 x 10 - 60%
1 x 8 - 65%
1 x 6 - 70%
1 x 6 - 75%
1 x 6 - 80%
Front Squat
1 x 5 - 60%
1 x 5 - 70%
2 x 5 - 75%
My legs were jacked beforehand so getting through this was mental.
2A) 4 Rounds not for time.
7 Wide palms out ring dips
30 Standing plate twists
Rest as needed between sets.
The dips were tough yesterday really effected today. The plate twists started to burn my arms first time ever doing those.
3A) 5 Rounds in 90 seconds complete the following.
15 Meter handstand walk
10 Strict toes 2 bar
Rest remainder of 90 seconds.
Round 1 - :55
Round 2 - :56
Round 3 - 1:01
Round 4 - 1:20
Round 5 - 1:24
My shoulders started to fail on the 3rd round of handstand walks and had to break it up a few times. The T2B became tough and I had to start breaking them by the 3rd round. Not really a gasser just a good muscle endurance tester.
