1A) Back Squat
1 x 10 - 60%, 1 x 8 - 70%, 1 x 6 - 75%, 1 x 4 - 80%
Front Squat
1 x 5 - 60%, 3 x 5 - 70%
Starting the "Hatch Squat Cycle" as I seen from The Outlaw Way his people made monsterous gains from it so I shall do it also. Monday's and Thursday's.
2A) Ring Planche Push Ups - 5 x 5
These are starting to become easier I need to up the anti next week furshure.
3A) AMRAP 12 Minutes.
7 KB Swings - 86#
30 UB double unders (if broken start back from 0)
7 Strict C2B pull ups
I got 6 rounds + 7 swings + 30 double unders + 2 C2B pull ups
My whole upper body was fried I broke 3 times on the first round on double unders but the rest of the rounds smoothed out unbroken except for round 5. The swings were not bad just a grip checker and burnt my shoulders. The STRICT c2b's SUCKED and I made sure my chest touch each rep even though I had to go to singles.
