WOD
1A) Snatch pull + snatch from blocks mid thigh, 70% x 5 x 1
This was awkward pulling from that high teaches to be fast and efficient under the bar.
2A) Ring HSPU - 5 x 4
Had to keep this perfect and no bend in the back as part of my gymnastics program.
3A) None
Had no time, the box had to close. I HATE having school because I have to train at 6:30pm.... Only 37 days left then time to start my dads and my own box...
