2A) None

3A) 3 cycles, 1 cycle is.
2 rounds for time.
 3 Power clean and jerks - 185#
 14 Plyo push ups
Rest 2 minutes between cycles.
1st cycle: 1:01
2nd cycle: 1:29
3rd cycle: 1:59

I was suppose to rest today but wanted to do the WOD I was scheduled to do yesterday. This is the heaviest I have ever gone on a clean and jerk in a wod and I felt strong. The plyo push ups become tough by the 2nd cycle but got through it nicely.
