WOD
1A) Jerk 70% x 3, 75% x 3, 80% x 2 x 2, 85% x 2
Even though my shoulders were sore I felt strong and fast under the bar, this cycle is making great improvement.
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
5 Weighted pull ups - 60#
7 High box jumps - belly button height
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
I had to break the pull ups by the 4th round, the box jumps were at a smooth pace.
3A) AMRAP 9 Minutes.
50 Meter uneven waiters walk - 88#, 70# (25 meters forward switch hands, 25 meters back)
15 V-ups
I got 6 rounds + the walk + 10 v-ups, my mid-line was destroyed, the farmers walk weren't as bad as I thought. I planned to do toes 2 bar but the box was to full. Either way great WOD.
