WOD
1A) Clean and jerk same thing as snatch from yesterday.
Hit 220# for the heavy single and again had way more in me but I will stick to the program.
2A) Wall planche push ups, 5 x 3
2B) Wide palms out ring dips, 5 x 3
Started a gymnastics program from the book "building the gymnastics body" I will do this twice a week and see how it goes. Both movements were difficult and I feel like I will gain impressively with the months to come.
3A) 21-15-9
KB swings - 88#
Wall balls - 30#
My time was 6:32, this WOD hurt and it was the first time using a thirty pound wall ball my hip flexors and lower back were on fire but awesome WOD.
