Had to cut time in half today as my baby bro was at the box and we had to leave quick.
WOD
1A) Snatch, 50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 80% x 2, then heavy single.
Got 170# for the heavy single and still had more in me but decided not to get greedy. 200#+ can happen by the end of this year.
2A) 5 rounds untimed.
12 second L-sit on floor
40 unbroken double unders (if broken start back from zero)
Rest 45 seconds between rounds.
Every round was unbroken except for the last round messed up twice and I don't know why. The l sits were tough as always.
3A) None

If you are wondering why I changed the format is because it's more efficient and easier to write. The list goes as followed.
1 always is strength.
2 always is skill and accessory.
3 Is always metcons.
As for the letters is specifies how many of that part I do.
Ex. If I have 2 metcons I will post.
