150 Wall Balls - 25#
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups
I got 199 Reps so I finished the wall balls and got 49 double unders in.
KILLED my quads today! The open wod wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to turn out to be. Hopefully on sunday when I seriously do it I will get a bunch of muscle ups in. My legs were already fatigued beforehand from the 1st wod. God bless.
