Decided to go to the gym and do my strength and just mess around did my first rope muscle up! I ran a 400 meter and rowed a 500 meter (my usual warm up) I row always under 2 minutes in the 500 and the run at like 70%
Strength
Jerk - 65% x 3, 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 80% x 2
Snatch Push Press + OH Squat - 60% of Snatch x 2 x 1, 70% x 3 x 2
Hang Power Clean - 50% of clean x 4 x 3
On the jerks I took a wider grip then normal and felt way faster under the bar. Going to mess around with this style and see if I will stick to it. Did some handstands on the parr bars. Tried planches and front and back levers. God bless
