Strength
Bench press - 5 @ 40%, 5 @ 50%, 5 @ 60%
Skill / Accessory
3 rounds untimed.
10 deficet hspu - 3"
20 single leg box jumps - 24" (10 each leg)
30 second ring plank hold
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
5 x 60 meter sandbag sprint - 55#
Rest 1 minute between sets.
WOD
4 rounds for time.
75 double unders
25 plyo push ups
20 toes 2 bar

Strength was deload next week I start my 4th cycle with wendler for bench. I feel like the wendler is helping tremendously. The skill felt more like a wod the hspu were tough and the single leg box jumps make you breath hard fast and Hurt the legs after those two movements the ring plank hold was extremely hard. The sprints went good I felt quick and recovered fast within the 1 minute. The wod didn't start to get tough till the end of the second round. Then that's when muscle and lung fatigue started setting in. Double unders went fine just had a few trip ups. The plyos started to turn into 3's twords the end an toes 2 bar were starting to become hell to get my feet up my hip flexors were done. I think that's the most t2b I've done in a wod. Overall great wod. God bless
