Had time in the morning at school to do my oly stuff so it left me with a good amount of time at the box so I did something tough.
Strength
Power clean + power jerk 75% x 3 sets, 80% x 2 sets
Power snatch + snatch 70%, 75%, x 1 + 1 x 2
80% x 1 + 1 x 1
Skill / Accessory
5 x 10 second L-sit on KB to handstand
5 rounds untimed.
4 muscle ups
15 weighted back extensions - 20#
rest 2 minutes between rounds.
WODS
15-12-9-6-3
OH squat - 135# (from floor)
run 200 meters between each set
My time: 7:05
Rest 3-5 minutes then. (I rested about 3:30)
AMRAP 8 minutes.
3 power cleans - 185#

I got 4 rounds + 3 pc + 104 meters
Today was a long day. The strength went really well I like the power snatch to snatch set it makes you pull high and drop under the bar fast. The skill was different on the kb. You got to work those crazy movements. The muscle ups went easy and the back ext. didn't effect my lower back as much as I expected. The first wod was a leg burner! I got all sets unbroken. That rest went by fast and I actually had to warm up in my rest on the power cleans. The second wod just
finished me. My back and legs were fried. The WODS were great though a real gut check and also the heaviest power cleans I've done in a wod. Tomorrow might be just some set stuff no time. God bless
