The strength was a pr as 300# is the most I have ever back squatted for 1... The skill was simple the hollow rocks I feel are helping with other lifts and movements and the waiters walk was no problem. The wod was pretty good, a double pulling movement back to back was tough and also going really fast. I don't do sdhp as often as I should but glad I put work in them today. C2B pull ups are something I feel comfortable with but mixing it with the sdhp made it extremely difficult to string them in butterfly. Overall great day now time to eat and watch the super bowl.
