I feel like every day I become better. Even on bad days I still get better regardless. My strength I felt explosive. On the skill the KB felt lighter than usual and the L sits I felt stable. The first wod I'm pleased with. My first time doing touch and go ps with that much weight. On the burpeez my shoulders were a little fatigued beforehand but went as freaking fast as I can. The 2nd wod my lower back and shoulders were burning! Pistols are something I actually like to do. Tomorrow might be long and ugly... God bless
