Rest 3 minutes between sets.
Strength went great as I felt fast and quick under the barbell. The skill was tough that tire drag built up lactic acid in my legs fast! The wod was just non stop burn in my legs. When I started to hit the 5's my lower back started to burn? The runs went better than I thought I kept a nice pace around 70% God bless.
