I am glad I have 2 days of rest I am wrecked. Today the deads went great every rep was smooth I feel like this coan program I am on is working. The skill just fatigued my core and pressing. The wod was a great way to end the training week I was bounding the box jumps like a freaking rabbit. The 155# was not that heavy now don't get me wrong it was a challenge. The ghds just hurt everything else. I challenge anyone to do this wod tell me what your score is. God bless
