Sorry about no posts the past couple of days I have been sick with a head cold, it sucks missing a couple days of training and also feeling like total crap. Today I didn't feel as bad even though I still had chest congestion and slight pressure still in my head along with a little sore throat I headed to the gym and did something simple just to get my blood flowing.
Strength
Hang Snatch - 75% x 3 x 2, 80% x 2 x 2
Hang Clean - 75% x 3 x 2, 80% x 2 x 2
WOD
EMOM 10 Minutes.
5 Weighted burpeez - 40#
25 Double unders
The strength part felt really heavy. But got through it, on the wod it sucked breathing hard and coughing hopefully by tomorrow I will be fully healed. God bless
