Quickie

Didn't have much time today so had to go quick

50 GHD Sit ups

The wod went actually better then expected, my chest was giving me a little bit of problems but I got through it quite well. The 155# is 5# over my bw and it didn't feel that heavy till the end but I kept a consistent movement. God bless
