Must do all 30 to move on to next weight.
My score: 62 reps
So I had no idea this was going to pop up for an open wod especially the 2nd one. But it's a good choice by HQ because it went from the most basic movement to the most technical movement. I walked in to the box figuring I was just going to get 60 reps because the most I had ever snatched was 160#....... I was wrong. I chose power on all the snatches except for the last 2. After finishing the 135# I still had 2 minutes left. My dad yelling at me saying "JUST GO FOR IT" gripped the bar, pulled like I was ripping the head off a lion and got it! dropped it my dad said "YOU HAVE 45 SECONDS" gripped the bar again, now I am confidant because I already did it, pulled caught it and yes another rep! dad saying "9 SECONDS" grabbed that bar didn't even have time to set up, pulled it, caught it on the bottom and dropped it in front of me. DANG! could have had one more rep! But I am beyond happy with my performance. Hopefully good enough to keep me in the top 100 in nor cal we'll see. God bless
