Was suppose to rest today but I couldn't. I wasn't sore so I decided to do something simple yet challenging.
Strength
Power snatch + snatch
75%, 80%, 80%+ x 3
Power clean + power jerk
75%, 80%, 80%+ x 3
WOD
3 sets.
25 unbroken KB swings - 70#
rest 90 sec. Between sets.
The strength went good I finally tried out wrist straps and I loved them on the snatches. I'm going to get a pair on Thursday. The wod was really just skill. But by the third set my forearms were gone. Tomorrow I will go through a test run on the next open wod but make it harder. God bless
