Deads and AMRAP

So I decided to do something long today because I know now that the heavy emphasis is out of the way in the open it's time for the more body weight, skill, kb, wall ball.

Strength
Deadlift
80% x 3 x 3, 60% x 3 x 3. (Rest 90 seconds between each set)

WOD
AMRAP 15 Minutes.
8 Deficet handstand push ups - 3"
24 Pistols (12 Right leg / 12 Left leg)
12 Toes 2 Bar
50 Double Unders
I got 5 rounds + 8 HSPU + 9 pistols

So the strength went good even though I pulled like a mad man yesterday. The weight felt easy and light each set. I liked the wod even though I made it up about 10 minutes before I did it. The combination of 4 movements in an amrap is something I haven't done in a while so it felt good to do a bunch of different movements. After the 15 minutes were up I finished the 6th round just to put in the work. Two days of rest now and back at it Sunday. Maybe some pull ups, wall balls, I don't know we'll see. God bless
