So yes I am really sore but hey I got 3 more days until I can rest. Lets make the worst of it. Here is how today went. Oh and if you are wondering how I break every day up as in strength, skill, wod. I try to scatter it throughout the day not all at once. But even sometimes I got to do it all at once.
Strength
Bench Press
1 @ 75%, 1 @ 85%, ME @ 95%
Skill / Accessory
With 20# On
4 Sets.
Ring dip ladder
1-5
Rest 1-2 Minutes between sets.
5 Rounds untimed.
12 Meter handstand walk
12 Hanging straight leg raises
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
WOD
AMRAP 12 Minutes.
Increasing ladder of.
2 Supine ring pull ups
2 parralette pass throughs
4 Supine ring pull ups
4 parralette pass throughs
etc. (increase each movement by 2 reps till 12 Minutes is over)
My score: 18 + 13 srpu
So strength went good I got 4 with 220# as my max effort that's the most I have ever benched The skill was awkward because the place where I did my walks was offset. Adds to the difficulty. The wod was just total muscle failure. I had to start breaking the ring pull ups into singles! But impressed with my score God bless
