This is really tough.
Then did some good stuff.
For 20 minutes, start a new round every 2 minutes.
3 Full cleans
5 Standing ball throws - 25#
First 3 rounds with 185#
next 3 rounds with 200#
next 3 rounds with 205#
last round with 210#
Touch and go'ed every one on the cleans I felt "clean" except for one slight mistake but overall great workout. Going to rest tomorrow, well not really rest I am going to work with my dad, digging trenches and wheel barrowing dirt..
