Here is how it went down.
Yesterday I did.
3 x 10 strict toes 2 bar
rest 45 seconds between.
6 x 50 meter sled sprints - 100#
1 Minute rest between.
Then did something that really tested me.
5 Rounds each for time.
200 meter run.
5 hang snatches - 155#
Rest 1:1
Times.
1:47
1:20
2:00
2:10
2:40
So stoked that I got through it, getting stronger and faster day by day.
This is how today went.
Snatch 1rm
Clean and jerk 1rm
I got 205# on the snatch, 5# PR
I got 270# for the clean and ALMOST jerk.....
Happy either way..
Then did...... Fran.....
3:06 That's over a 2 minute PR
Probably going to do something else later, we'll see.
