Did pause cleans at knees and jerk.
Worked up to a heavy set of
2 pause cleans and 1 jerk
I got up to 225#
Then Back squatted.
8 x 3 - 85% (315#)
Felt great through this, didn't rest to long between sets.
Went heavy on push press.

Couple minutes later I did something fun... Not really
Death by ring muscle up to handstand push up
I got into 4 rounds and finished 2 on the 5's
This burnt my shoulders quick!
Rested for about an hour, mobilized.
Did a heavy one.
