Started the day with some rowing.

5 Rounds.
1 Minute on
1 Minute off
Averaged 300 meters.

After snatched heavy again.

Worked up to 185# 2 singles.

Later in the day.

Jerk from rack.
255#

Clean heavy.
Got up to 280#

Then did a bad one...

7 Rounds each for time.

5 Bench press - 205#
10 Wall balls - 25# ball and a 10 1/2 ft. target
400 Meter run
Rest 2 Minutes between each round.

Last round was just utter pain. 
I don't like running. 

Later in the night did.
15 Deficit HSPU for time -7in. (basically all the way to shoulders.
Time - 2:00
