2 PR's

This morning had to go for a 1rm on the back squat.

Got 390# A 5# PR! Failed 400 but I will get that next time...

Later in the day wanted to snatch heavy.

Hit 220#!!! a 5# PR!!!!

After did a little modified version of Outlaw's cond.

10-8-6-4-2
Deadlift - 315#
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders
My time - 3:24

Deadlifts felt light, a couple trip ups on DU but happy with the time.

Later did.
3 x 1 Minute ME Strict C2B pull ups with 20#
Rest as needed between. 
Got 12,11,10 

Muscle failure hit quick.

After did.

5 x 200 meter runs Hard.

This always hits my hammy's but I like doing this nice and hard runs feel good. Not long a murderous (dumb).
