Strongman type day.

WOD


1A) None

2A) Tabata
       Bridge holds
       Flutter kicks
Alternate movements

2B)10 Sets.
      20 Meter farmers carry - 105# DB in each hand
Rest 30-40 seconds between sets.

3A) In 9 Minutes climb the ladder.
       1 Tire flip - 380#
       1 Bench press - 185#
       2 Tire flips
       2 Bench presses
etc.

I got up to 8 tire flips and 5 bench presses, I finished the 8 in 9:40

Great day, tomorrow I am going to Rocklin crossfit to help video and perhaps train.
