       7 x 3 Heaviest possible

1B) Deadlift off of 4" riser.
       10 x 2 - 55%
Rest 60 Seconds between.

1C) Split jerk presses
       5 x 5 Heaviest possible
115,125,125,130,130
Rest 60 seconds between, complete after 2 sets of deadlifts

2A) 5 Sets.
       11 C2B Pull ups
       Shake it out
       6 C2B pull ups
Rest 75 Seconds between.

1A) Snatch off of high blocks (above knee)
       7 x 1
Worked up to 165#, had more in me but chilled right there.

1B) Clean off of high blocks
       7 x 1
Worked up to 240# Felt strong

1C) Back Squat
       7 x 3 - 75% (add 5# every 90 seconds.)

2A) 3 Rounds each for time.
       5 Deficit HSPU - 7"
       10 Strict toes 2 bar
       20 UB double unders
Rest 2 Minutes between.

Round 1 - 1:05
Round 2 - :59
Round 3 - 1:05 (Had a trip up on DU)
Strict toes to bar are slow..

3A) 3 Rounds for time.
       6 OH Squats - 135#
       12 Bar facing burpeez
My time - 2:59

3B) 30 Minutes of med-light sled pushing
