Sorry for no posts the last couple of days but this is how it went down.

      Heaviest possible rest 60 seconds between each set.
95,105,115,120,125,130,135,140,145,150 (F)

1B) 4 Sets.
       15 Good mornings - 75#
       Rest 60 seconds between sets.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       20 Meter sled push - 260#
       10 Strict toes 2 bar
Rest 90 seconds between sets.

1A) Jerk off of block
       7 x 2 Heaviest possible
       Rest 60 seconds between sets.
205#, 215#, 220#, 225#, 230#, 235#, 240#

2A) Reverse tabata L-Sits on parrallets

3A) 5 Rounds for time.
       10 Knees 2 elbows
       10 Pistols (5 each leg)
       10 Box jumps - 24"

3B) AMRAP 8 Minutes
       3 Power cleans - 205#
       3 Wall climbs
I got 7 rounds

1A) Banded deadlifts
       10 x 2 - 50% (blue bands)
       Rest 60 seconds between sets

1B) Seated DB presses
       5 x 5 - 45# (Complete in between every 2 sets of DL)
       Rest 60 seconds between sets.

1C) Back squat
       7 x 3 - 70% - 80% (start at 70% and work your way up to 80%)
       Rest 90 seconds between sets.



I am resting 2 days..... I feel like a steam roller ran me over the past few days were "fun" I got to train at CF Nor cal with pat barber. Coached a class at Crossfit Tracy, BIG THINGS coming up in my future!!!!
