7 x 3 - 70% - 80% (start at 70% and work your way up to 80%)

I am resting 2 days..... I feel like a steam roller ran me over the past few days were "fun" I got to train at CF Nor cal with pat barber. Coached a class at Crossfit Tracy, BIG THINGS coming up in my future!!!!
