So... Much... Strength...

WOD


1A) 7 Sets of.
       2 Cleans off of high blocks + 2 jerks
       Rest 60 Seconds between sets.

I used 190# for this, and it became tough. I was dripping sweat and it took a lot out of me.

1B) Back Squat
       1 x 8 - 75%
       1 x 5 - 85%
       1 x 3 - 90%
       2 x 3 - 95% (F)

I failed the 95%, maybe lack of sleep last night, maybe the first part, maybe the past 11 things in 3 days..... I need to rest.

1C) Push press
       5 x 3 Heavy
       Rest 60 Seconds between sets.

I used 185#, actually happy with this. My shoulders were pre jacked.

1D) Pause front squats (3 second pause at the bottom of each rep)
       5 x 3 Med heavy
       Rest 60 Seconds between sets.

I used 200# Ohhhh my legs.

2A) None
